I have fallen head over heels in LOVE with SOMA Breath since studying and practicing the pioneering breath techniques this year. It has already been quite an incredible journey for me to really experience the power of this awesome resource that we ALL have available to us.

This routine enables us to reach deep meditation and heightened states of consciousness, so we can tune in and listen to our true SELF. It is an awakening full body experience to reset and renew.
We will combine:
MOVEMENT to activate both hemispheres of our brain and raise our vibrational energy
MEDITATION and AUM chanting to calm and balance our nervous system and quieten our mind
INTENTION setting to attract gratitude into our lives
RHYTHMIC BREATHING and breath holds to boost oxygen efficiency and harmonise our mind and body
The SOMA breath energised meditation is a failsafe and fast method to improve wellbeing. It can be particularly effective to ease stress-related chronic illnesses, promote self-healing, ease anxiety and depression, boost performance and much more besides.
The investment for the session will be £20 per person (FOC for the host),

Nurture and shine have created a 6 week journaling journey to allow you to listen to your body and focus your mind to discover your true potential.
This Journaling and Mindset Mentoring programme will provide you with the motivation and accountability to release what is holding you back and get clear on what it is that you want in order to live your most fulfilled life and how to achieve it.
Working with Suzannah, you will receive a journaling exercise and 45 min face to face 1-2-1 mentoring sessions each week to keep you on track to confidently find clarity and fulfillment.
