Learning to direct our minds to the positive, through gratitude, achieving goals and self reflection on a daily basis teaches us new ways of seeing the world.

Nurture and shine have created a 6 week journaling journey to allow you to listen to your body and focus your mind to discover your true potential.
This Journaling and Mindset Mentoring programme will provide you with the motivation and accountability to release what is holding you back and get clear on what it is that you want in order to live your most fulfilled life and how to achieve it.
Working with Suzannah, you will receive a journaling exercise and 45 min face to face 1-2-1 mentoring sessions each week to keep you on track to confidently find clarity and fulfillment.
